I shouldn’t have
got up for a cigarette
or slept all day,
but that’s the easiest
way to see time pass.

so I woke up, got a cigarette,
coffee because sleep is gone anyway
and thought of my last woman
that kissed and shook.

it’s two where she sleeps
so I won’t see her for a while
